Exchange Policy

auraMIST offers an exchange policy. If a product is defective, auraMIST will replace it. The customer must first return the defective product and then auraMIST will send a replacement out once the defective product has been received and inspected. auraMIST strives for the highest quality materials and components in its products and as such we will cover the shipping and handling on defective products. auraMIST is not responsible, however, for shipping and handling if a product is deemed not defective. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling as well as covering the cost for the initial return to auraMIST.
